Souphattra Heritage Vientiane

Wow! What can I say? There are not enough superlatives to do justice to this property. I would love to keep the secret of this wonderful place all to myself but that would be unfair to all those whose amazing efforts have brought this hotel to such an outstanding level. We have travelled throughout the UK, USA, Europe and extensively in SE Asia and we have never visited a better property than the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The combination of a sympathetic heritage design, understated elegance and fine attention to detail, make this a 5 star + hotel. Everything is designed to offer luxury and privacy. From the marble and brass bathroom thyme to the old fashioned herring bone tiling techniques, it all comes together to create an amazing tasteful environment. The rooms are bright airy and spacious with high quality bedding and accessories. The facilities include a coffee shop, two restaurants, spa and beautiful pool area. All these areas continue to provide the same understated elegance common to the entire property. The staff all maintain the highest standards of professionalism while remaining engaging and friendly. Special thanks must go to Nouna, Nounee and Tookta who made our evenings at the bar such an entertaining and enlightening experience. My number one choice of hotel – ANYWHERE!!!! Lovely place to stay, great staff who gave me a very useful map/ explanation and recommendations which proved to be excellent Very nice oasis in the city looks especially lovely at night Lovely room, very comfortable bed and quiet at night Good location walking distance to a few attractions and decent restaurants

A new, exceptionally well appointed boutique hotel centrally located in downtown (if there is such a place) Vientiane. Very well priced for what it is so strongly recommend it - until the price gets hiked up! Also they own the new Chinese restaurant over the road which also was exceptional - some of the most interesting dim sum I have ever had.

Everything was wonderful: exceptionally comfortable room, beautiful surroundings, peaceful location, amazing balcony/patio, wonderful staff, great breakfast. Would recommend to everyone, and I hope to return one day.

Really good boutique hotel . Staffs are exceptional except few lost in translation, Always ready to help . There's Dyson hair dryer, mini bar is free which is unusual.
